(per Irene Mae Allin) Jewett and Nettie moved to Pilot Mountain, Tennessee and then to Chattanooga, Tennessee. In 1900 (census), Jewett was living in Chattanooga, Hamilton, Tennessee, where he engaged in the real estate business for many years. He was working in real estate in 1920 (census) in Spokane, WA. He was living with Nettie O. (wife), Jewett, Jr. (son), Lora M. (daughter-in-law), and Harriet A. White (housekeeper, age 50). Lora M. was working as a stenographer for a brokerage firm.
