In 1850 and 1860 federal censuses for Arkwright, Marietta listed at 16 and 26 years of age, respectively.
In 1870 federal census for Pomfret, Marietta was listed as 35 years of age and living in household of her brother Walter R. Wilcox
She probably never married inasmuch as she lived with brother in 1870, and her gravestone gives last name as Wilcox, and is sited by itself (no obvious spouse in vicinity)
