PAULINE SHORT Mrs. Pauline Phelps Short, 92, died Sunday at Eastern State Hospital, Medical Lake, Wash. Mrs Short lived in Simsbury and Hartford for many years. She was a graduate of Hartford Public High School and Emerson College. She was a playwright and a public speaker. She leaves cousins in Simsbury and Hartford. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
