She was born Oct 31, 1807 probably in Connecticut. She married Hermes Holcombe of Windsor, CT, on March 9, l828 and died on Dec. 23, 1900 in Windsor, CT. I know from her birth record that herfather's name was Joshua Latham. She and her father are buried in the Elm Grove Cemetery in Poquonock. Where was Joshuafrom? Who was Emily's mother? Posted on the Latham Bulletin Board Section 2, posted at Note: Hermas Holcomb (1804 -- 1887) and his wife Emily Holcomb (1807 -- 1900) are listed as interred in Elm Grove Cemetery, Poquonock, in Cemetery Inscriptions in Windsor, Connecticut, 2000 ed., p. 101, but I found no reference to any Lathams---WMB, 28 Oct. 2006
